WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACK AND TRACE CODE?

In the confirmation email of your order, there is a number at the top with a #BM in front of it. This is your personal order number, which allows you to track your order on this page .

THE TRACK AND TRACE CODE DOES NOT SHOW ANY INFORMATION, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Make sure you enter your order number correctly, for example '#BM9492'.

From the moment your package has arrived at the mail-order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please keep in mind that there may be some delay in between.
